1. Subscription Billing

AgencySoftware.io services are provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis, depending on the plan selected. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Logging into your account and requesting cancellation, or

Emailing our support team at support@agencysoftware.io

Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our platform and services (which include setup work, account provisioning, and digital assets), all sales are final and non-refundable, including:

Monthly or annual subscription fees

One-time setup or onboarding fees

Charges for custom development or integrations

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time or early cancellations.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

A duplicate payment was made in error

You were unable to access the platform due to a verified system-wide outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, no charges will be made until the trial period expires. You may cancel any time before the end of the trial to avoid billing.
